LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED
The Good Move was founded in 2013 by Louisville native Brian Richards. Brian founded The Good Move on the idea that he could take the stress out of a highly unpleasant but often necessary task. Almost eight years have passed, and we have built a successful, reputable little moving company. We have two trucks and employ six hard-working guys. Brian's wife, Ashley, now handles office management. In October 2018, they welcomed their first child, Edie James, and in 2022, Max.
We have grown in many ways, but some things haven't changed. You can still find Brian out on most of the moves. He is proud to serve a community that he cares about deeply and hopes that The Good Move will continue to provide quality moves to his neighbors for years to come.

The Good Move is licensed and insured. Our license can be confirmed by following this link to DORA. If your belongings are damaged during your move, we carry all necessary insurance required by the State of Colorado. We also offer to option to fully insure your higher value items through third-party provider MovingInsurance.com.
