Heavy Items

The Good Move is able to move most of your heavy items, however for a few things, an additional heavy item fee applies.  This fee allows us to cover the rental of specialized dollies or other equipment that may be necessary to safely move your items.  There are a few things that we are unable to move including the following:

  • Grand Pianos

  • Hot Tubs

  • Motorcycles, ATVs or other vehicles

  • Firearms

  • Safes over 300lbs

Mileage Fees

For moves within Lafayette there is a gas and mileage charge of $20. For all other moves you will be charged $1.00/mile plus drive time. Mileage and travel time will begin when The Good Move leaves their location at 411 West Emma Street, Lafayette, CO 80026, and ends when they return to it. 

Payment

We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card.  For credit cards, a 3% processing fee applies.
